The Emperor's Shields is a Loyalist, Codex Astartes-compliant Space Marine Chapter of unknown origin and Founding date. Almost nothing else is known about this Chapter in current Imperial records.

The Emperor's Shields wear a halved-livery: light green on the right side and yellow on the left side of their power armour. The Aquila or Imperialis on the chest plate as well as the power pack are black. The right shoulder plate bears a black squad tactical specialty symbol: battleline, close support, fire support, Veteran or command.
A white High Gothic numeral is centred on the squad specialty symbol, indicating squad number.
Most unusually, this Chapter uses the colour of its helms to denote company number in accordance with the Codex Astartes -- i.e. white (1st Company), yellow (2nd Company), red (3rd Company), green (4th Company), etc.
Chapter Badge[]
The Emperor's Shields' Chapter badge consist of an ebon livery shield, with a large red skull centred upon it, on a field of yellow.
