The Legio Ultima is a Loyalist Titan Legion of the Collegia Titanica, one of the military arms of the Adeptus Mechanicus.
There is a distinct possibility that this Legion may be one of two classified Titan Legions that personally serve the Fabricator-General of the Adeptus Mechanicus on Mars. The Legion's current status remains unknown.

- War of the Beast (544.M32) - The Legio Ultima are one of several different Imperial military factions that took part in the defence of the Imperium when they were attacked by the massive Ork WAAAGH! of the infamous Warlord, known only as The Beast. When the world of Ullanor was determined to be where The Beast's forces originated from, the Legio Ultima took part in the Second Invasion of Ullanor as a part of the Imperial strike force to invade the Orks capital world in order to slay The Beast, but ultimately were unsuccessful. Following this campaign, the current status of the Legio Ultima is unknown.

The badge of the Legio Ultima is a clenched armoured fist with two criss-crossing lightning bolts behind it. Behind the central symbol is the Cog Mechanicum symbol of the Adeptus Mechanicus.
