The Golden Paladins is a Loyalist Space Marine Chapter of unknown Founding and origin. The Chapter's homeworld of Lynoxis, an Ocean World, fell to the 7th Plague Company of the Death Guard Traitor Legion, led by the Daemon Primarch Mortarion himself, after the birth of the Great Rift. Little else is known about this Chapter in current Imperial records.

- Lynoxis Infested (Unknown Date.M42) - Leading his favoured vectoriums of the Death Guard Legion's 7th Plague Company, Mortarion attacked Lynoxis, the oceanic Chapter Planet of the Golden Paladins. Timing his attack to coincide with an auspicious sevenfold eclipse, Mortarion had his Biologus Putrifiers and Foul Blightspawn poison the planet's seas. Amidst the resultant apocalypse of disease and filth-encrusted horror, the Death Lord led his sons to absolute victory, opening up a new outbreak within the shadows of the Imperium Nihilus and spawning a dozen plague-ridden war zones.
