The Hedonistarii are a warband of Chaos Space Marines dedicated to the Chaos God Slaanesh. Though the exact origins of this warband are currently unknown, these Slaanesh-worshipping Renegades often raid the extremities of the Eastern Fringe in the Ultima Segmentum.

The Hedonistarii are fleet-based Heretic Astartes pirates that revel in war for its own sake. So ready are they to tear down law and order wherever they find it that they have a long-standing pact with the anarchist Chaos Lord Drathoni, whose Heldrake eyries are famed amongst the Renegade Warpsmiths of the Ultima Segmentum.
