This cannot be considered a complete list as not every Chapter in existence in the Imperium of Man is known.

Their only notable campaign took place upon the Feudal World of Vhospis in 984.M41. When the Chapter launched a Drop Pod assault, almost all of them were lost when they were destroyed Daemons hunting the skys. A lone Astartes rallied the people of Vhospis, eventually turning the tide against their daemonic foes. The Chapter's current status is unknown.

They had the misfortune of being unable to recover enough precious Progenoid Glands from fallen Battle-Brothers, therefore, the Chapter could not cultivate further Astartes organ implants to create future generations of Astartes. The Wolfspear was created after the end of the Indomitus Crusade by Lord Commander of the Imperium Roboute Guilliman from the ranks of his Unnumbered Sons and were tasked with guarding the Pit of Raukos to prevent any further use of that Warp rift by the Forces of Chaos to assault the nearby Imperial worlds.
