The C'tan of trickery, lies, manipulation, and deception. (As one might expect).

A very long time in the past, he offered the Necrontyr bodies of living metal to help them fight against the Old Ones. The Necrontyr agreed and their conciousness was transferred into waiting necrodermis bodies. This however dulled their minds and they became the Necrons, harvesting life across the galaxy for feeding their C'tan masters.
