  • I know this guy had a lot of psychological issues like spit personailty and he wasn't  close with The Emperor.

This thought arose inside me after knowing that most of his legion is not corrupted.

    Whatchya say, laddies?

    • well... just asking, but how will he return to life? 'cause the chaos gods would be able to resurect him, but him being a loyalist then would make very little sense. it could be that he actually wasnt killed after all, but then his sudden shift to loyalist would be suspicious at the very least.

And maybe they are not corrupted, but also not loyal.

    • The Chaos Gods can't ressurect Konrad, because he didn't sell his soul to the ruinous powers. He is dead, and there is no way for him to come back to life...

    • Yup, I would agree with Zixis on this one. Although if you read his article on here, it does say that the transmission cuts out before the assassin delivers the killing blow.

I like Curze, always one of my favs but can't see him coming back. If he did though, surely it would be more likely that he came back as loyal or soemwhere in between? I mean if he was alive and working for chaos, he would have been heard of by now.

    • He isn't actually dead. Only the evil Tyler Durden part of his split personality died, ala Fight Club.

    • it is not really clear wether the soulgem eas filled or would even absorb his essence

    • Possibly the emperor bring him back? I mean he never worshipped chaos never even want to fight with daemons

    • yeah, bring bnack the amoral person who only ever wanted to die but knew when it would finally take place. (let us also not forget, that he was a cannibal and in his formative years ate criminals (which formed parts of his moral codex)  He viewed the Imperium as failed and corrupt and that is about it. a very nihilistic man and going for the mode, why bother having him there again, he would not side with emps

"Be at peace, Konrad Curze. I have arrived, and I intend to take you home."

"That is not my name, father. My people gave me a name, and I will bear it until my dying day. And I know full well what you intend for me."

    • One aspect of The nighthaunter is the fact he effectively plays be different sets of rules and tactics and convientional thoughts. After the Bombardment of Nostramo by his own hands, he lost his will to live, broken; or more the reasoning for his crusades The thought that he left himself to be killed by an assassin to redeem himself would feel cheating, as he wouldn't give a shit about justice about that point. But thats opinion. We can say he is still a primarch, with indominatable spirit, why else would he not kill himself if he wish to be dead, or more go to the imperial loyalist, why an assassin's blade in very mysterious and dubious way. A master of terror, and pyscho tactics, why not also a master at secrets and planning and plots. It would not be out of character to fact his own death to travel the imperium, the galaxy he fought for to see what exactly did he fight for.
